In contrast to bodybuilding, body shaping is a healthy mixture of strength and endurance training, in which usually only a certain part of the body is trained. Through targeted exercises from functional training, muscle mass is built up and shaped to tighten the body. To do this, the existing body view is first analyzed. First it is determined where muscles are to be built up, then the necessary exercises and the training intensity are determined.
Small fitness equipment such as dumbbells, sling trainers or kettlebells as well as isolated exercises on the kinesis wall are used as an integral part of the body shaping workout. Cardio training boosts fat burning and trains the cardiovascular system. In addition, many stretching exercises ensure good mobility and a pleasant conclusion. In order to fulfill the purpose of body shaping, one must of course pay attention to the correct, healthy and balanced diet during training.
