How does the online personal training work?
Do you travel a lot but don't want to do without your personal trainer? Then use our online personal training. Take your trainer with you and train where you want. Quite simply via a live video service of your choice.
The training is transmitted live to your device via the Internet. You can use Skype, Zoom, or another live video service to train. All you need is stable internet access and a PC, laptop or tablet with a camera.
Klaus Leipholz is available to you personally as an online personal trainer with all the necessary core competencies. If pain should also occur, a physiotherapist from our team or, if necessary, an orthopedic surgeon can be consulted promptly.
